Proven training methods to reach your goals. I'll design an effective exercise program based on your goals where we'll cover full body measurements, bodyfat % measurements as well as set monthly goals where we can work towards. Daily macronutrients and a general diet plan will also be supplied to help you on your fitness journey.

Training can be at a Monte Vista Studio Gym (No Gym Membership required) or at your home for an additional travelling fee. Training cost of R250 per 1 hour for 1 on 1 and R200 for group training of 2 or more people, sold in packages of 8, 12 or 16 sessions per month.

With all of this in mind, I'll take out the guess work and you'll have a clear path to follow to actually achieve your fitness goals. It won't be easy, but will be worth it at the end. So start your fitness journey sooner rather than later and achieve your fitness goals.

    Jacques has been instrumental in kickstarting my fitness journey. His calm and patient approach encouraged me to improve my form and develop strength with exercises that were previously very difficult for me. He is very knowledgeable but also not afraid to push you to surpass your limits. I highly recommend his services for anybody looking to begin their fitness journey or even improve their existing exercise regime.

    "I am 49 years old with no medical conditions, except for lower back and shoulder issues that would prevent me from participating in a physical fitness program. He has helped improve my lower back and shoulder issues considerably. Jacques Maritz is my personal trainer meeting three times a week (up to four). He created interesting workouts that allowed me to improve my strength, flexibility and balance. Jacques is always pleasant while reminding me to maintain correct body position.     I really like working with Jacques as a personal trainer. He knows how far to push me and knows exactly which muscles I'm using for an exercise. His PT style is he has all his attention on me while I exercise, helping me how to do the exercise correctly. His rates are cheaper than a lot of other trainers and really help me achieve my goals. I cannot stress it enough that I want a trainer that knows how to do the exercises and are giving his full attention. Really amazing working with Jacques. I recommend him.

    For a while I wanted a personal trainer, and found Jacques at Strong By Grit. He helped me from the first day we met with a plan of action on how we're going to achieve my goals. He provided assistance on a level which I want from a personal trainer. Push me a little, provide additional information on my training and measure my body from top to bottom. He is professional and having options to pay like debit / credit cards and even pay over 2 months on his website. I recommend Jacques at Strong By Grit.
