We are currently thrilled to offer a new Weight Loss Lymph Drainage Massage option. This is specifically for clients who have tried and stuck to their diet, but are hugely disillusioned & frustrated by the fact that the weight still clings stubbornly!
We help you unblock the lymph channels, and clear the path for metabolism to kick start again, and then notice how the weight starts to drop. If you are battling to stick to a diet or healthy eating plan and constantly self-sabotaging you progress, we can also include Weight Loss Hypnosis in your package.

Our other massages are aimed at helping you, the client, alleviate specific points of stress, tension, soreness, stiffness or strain in your body. This will of course also help you relax and de-stress at the same time. Our Intake Form helps us identify the specific areas which you feel need the most attention, and then work on those.

* A Swedish massage involves light pressure applied to the muscles.
* A Deep Tissue massage is exactly what the name implies, a more intense, deep pressure to target specific areas of strain, help improve muscle spasm & release areas of knotted tension.
* The Neck and Back & Shoulder Massage is a very popular option clients who are sitting
working at a desk all day or for clients who are going through intense stress and tend to store this stress in the
neck and back regions.
